Block A
- 5 Marla
- 10 Marla
One of the earliest blocks. Development is largely complete and possession has been given, so it suits buyers who want to build soon.

Residential plots, commercial plots and Park View Homes on Malot Road, with the Margalla hills in view and the Islamabad Expressway close by. Hexa Marketing helps you compare the blocks, check the documents and pick a payment plan that fits.
Park View City Islamabad is a gated housing community on Malot Road in Zone IV of the capital. It sits close to Bahria Enclave, the Islamabad Expressway and the Kashmir Highway, and many of its plots look out towards the Margalla hills. Part of the appeal for buyers is that it feels like a planned neighbourhood rather than a loose collection of plots.
The project is developed by the Vision Group, the same company behind the Park View brand in Lahore. It offers residential plots, commercial plots and ready-built Park View Homes, with the layout divided into lettered blocks plus larger premium and overseas sections. Some blocks are already developed and in possession, while newer ones are still being worked on.

Park View City is developed by the Vision Group, a real estate company associated with Abdul Aleem Khan. Before Islamabad, the group built Park View projects in Lahore, so the brand has a track record you can go and look at. Park View Villas in Lahore is one example.
A developer's name matters less than what is actually built on the ground. When you look at any project, check the roads, utilities, possession and construction progress in the exact block you are buying into, and ask for written confirmation of what has been delivered so far.
The society is on Malot Road and can be reached from more than one direction. The main entrance is linked to Rawal Chowk side, and another gate gives access towards Bara Kahu. The table below shows the main roads and neighbours around the project. Travel time depends on traffic and on which block you are going to, so treat it as a general guide.
| Nearby | How it connects |
|---|---|
| Malot Road | Main road the project sits on |
| Islamabad Expressway | Close access towards the city |
| Kashmir Highway | Connects the area to central Islamabad |
| Bahria Enclave | Neighbouring housing community |
| Bara Kahu | Reached through the second gate |
| Rawalpindi Ring Road | Regional link for Rawalpindi traffic |
| M-2 Motorway | Access for Lahore-bound travel |
This is the first thing most buyers ask, and it deserves a careful answer rather than a one-line yes.
The developer states that Park View City holds a No Objection Certificate from the Capital Development Authority (CDA), with an approved layout plan of roughly 1,067 Kanal. Published sources are not fully consistent about which authority is named and how much of the land is covered, and the project has grown through extensions such as the newer blocks. So an approval that covers one block may not cover another.
What we recommend: before paying, ask for the approval status of the specific block and plot you want. Check it yourself with the relevant authority and keep a written copy of what you find.
For any plot you are considering, also confirm:
Hexa Marketing can help you collect these documents and compare them before you book.
Park View City does not run a single plan for every plot. Each block and plot size has its own price and schedule, and new launches change the numbers. In general, booking starts with a down payment of around 20 to 25 percent, followed by quarterly or monthly installments over roughly two to two and a half years. A discount is usually offered if you pay the full amount in one go.

Blocks A and B were among the first to be developed, and possession has already been given in these blocks. They offer 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots in different sectors, so prices vary with plot size and position.
Because these are developed blocks, ask whether any plots are being sold on the open market and what the transfer charges are.

These blocks include 1 Kanal plots, with 2 Kanal plots in Block D. Block E is known for its position on higher ground with open views. Down payments here are larger because of the plot sizes.
Confirm the development stage of your sector, and the water and sewerage position, before you book.

Block F offers a mix of 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots. Blocks H and I are mainly 10 Marla plots. Installment dates and amounts depend on the plot category, so ask for the schedule in writing.

J and K were launched as extension blocks and are mainly aimed at 5 Marla buyers who want an entry-level budget. As newer blocks, development takes longer, so ask how far roads and utilities have reached.

Golf Estate is the premium side of the project, planned around golf-course living, with larger plots and higher down payments. Value here depends on the exact location within the estate and how far the golf and landscape work has progressed.

The Overseas Block is designed for Pakistanis living abroad, with plans that allow payment in installments from overseas. Plot sizes and prices differ between the overseas sections, so confirm the section and the possession position before transferring money.

The master plan divides Park View City into residential blocks, commercial areas and premium sections. Alongside plots, it includes schools, mosques, parks, community areas and a commercial downtown. The plan has been extended since launch, so an older map may not show the newer blocks.

Each block differs in plot sizes, development stage and price. Here is what each one offers.

One of the earliest blocks. Development is largely complete and possession has been given, so it suits buyers who want to build soon.

A developed block with the widest mix of plot sizes. Houses are already being built here, which gives a good idea of how the neighbourhood will look.

A block of larger plots for people who want space for a bigger family home. Check the current stage of water and sewerage work.

Large plots, with possession given in the developed part of the block. A branch of a well-known school and a Turkish-style mosque are planned in this area.

Sits on higher ground with open views, and is often described as one of the more sought-after blocks. Ask about the possession date for your sector.

A mixed block that works for both first-time buyers and families who want something larger. Groundwork is done and utility lines are going in.

The upmarket section, planned around golf-course living. Prices and down payments are higher, so confirm the exact location and development position before booking.

Created for overseas Pakistanis, with a payment plan that works from abroad. Hexa Marketing helps with plot selection, documents and regular updates.

Extension blocks that give buyers a lower entry price. Because they are newer, development is behind the older blocks, so ask what has been completed.
The project is planned to feel like a complete community, not just a set of plots. Some features are finished and in use, while others are still being built.
Main Entrance
Turkish-Style Mosque
Golf Estate
Park View Homes
Commercial Downtown
Parks and Green AreasDeveloped blocks have paved roads and street lighting, and the main internal roads are wide enough for smooth traffic. Work continues in the newer blocks.
Water and sewerage lines are in place in developed blocks and are being laid in others. If you plan to build soon, confirm the position on your exact street.
Electricity infrastructure is available in developed areas. Utility status differs from block to block, so ask for the current position of your sector before you start construction.
It is a gated community with controlled entry points, CCTV monitoring and its own security staff.
A branch of a well-known school system is planned near the developed residential blocks. Ask us which institutes are open and which are still planned.
Medical facilities are part of the master plan. Confirm what is operating today before you rely on it.
The plan includes parks, walking areas and green belts, and the hilly setting gives many plots a view of the Margalla range.
Most blocks include a mosque, and a Turkish-style mosque is planned in the D and E area. Markets and community spaces are included in the layout.
Development is not the same everywhere in the project. This table gives a general picture based on available updates. Positions change over time, so ask us for fresh pictures or arrange a visit before you pay.
| Area | Current position |
|---|---|
| Blocks A and B | Largely developed, with possession given and houses under construction |

Booking a plot is simple. You pick the block and plot size, fill in the application form and pay the booking amount. Along with the form you need to submit:
The developer's installment schedule then applies. Keep every receipt and ask for an updated ledger from time to time.
No project is right for everyone. These are the reasons buyers usually give for choosing Park View City.
Before you invest, compare the exact block, check the approval position, and look at the dues and possession status. Returns depend on the plot you choose and the market, and they are not guaranteed.
Tell us your budget and the plot size you want. We will send the current plans, check availability and arrange a site visit.
